Marcus Wilkins is the Organizational Development Manager for HCSS, a software development company located in Stafford, TX. HCSS serves thousands of construction companies across the nation with a customer base of infrastructure, heavy/highway, and utility contractors. Marcus played six years in the National Football League before retiring in 2008. Since retiring from the NFL, he has served as the Director of Membership at the Greater Houston Partnership, Houston's regional chamber of commerce and as the Director of Business Development at Atec, Inc., an aerospace manufacturing company. He is an accomplished speaker and facilitator of corporate programs focused on providing value to the business community by improving workforce engagement and change management. Marcus received his Bachelor's of Science in Corporate Communications from the University of Texas at Austin. He is an active member of the Houston NFLPA, Project Management Institute of Houston and member of the GHMA Board of Directors since 2015.

Jacob Melton is a native Houstonian who grew up in Sugar Land, TX and is President and co-owner of Amtex Precision Fabrication, Inc. Jacob earned his B.A. in Business Administration and German from Franklin & Marshall College (Lancaster, PA). He started his career in teh financial software industry with Thomson/Reuters in Washington, D.C. and then continued on with Morningstar in Chicago, IL. After seven years in the industry, Jacob returned to Texas and began his journey as an entrepreneur in manufacturing when he and his family acquired Amtex Precision in 2005. In his free time, Jacob enjoys the outdoors, 80's music, and spending time with his family.
