Ryan Summers, ESQ, is a Senior Manager of Baker Tilly US, and brings over a decade of legal experience to the firm. Focusing on tax credits and incentives as well as tax controversy, Ryan serves clients in a wide array of industries and helps business owners develop tax planning solutions. He has extensive experience representing clients before the IRS and state taxing agencies.

Mr. Summers graduated from South Texas College of Law with a Juris Doctor (JD) and from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and currently serves as the Secretary for the Greater Houston Manufacturers Association.

Wayne is a native Houstonian and one of the founding members of GHMA working with the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. A Professional Engineer, Wayne is active as a alumni board member at the University of Houston. A passion for manufacturing and STEM education, Wayne is a eleven year judge for FIRST Robotics and continues to mentor students for a career in manufacturing.
